Sometimes I really despise my introverted and slightly shy/timid nature. I was at a wedding for over five hours with no one my age to talk to. Well, as things turn out, there were actually two Year 10 kids there, one of which I met at only the *very* end. I was under the impression they considerably older! Oh, the disappointment - I could've been mingling, sharing jokes and pleasantries and making general conversation instead of just rearranging the décor.
Prior to the wedding, I ran my school's 14km end-of-term fun run in one hour. As you'd expect, I'm sore and exhausted; - my muscles ache and my feet are covered in juicy blisters (okay, there's just two). Not pretty.
