Friday 13th brought some very bad news indeed. Turns out Bread's father took a job over in Perth and as a result this could very well be the end of the road for the dynamic duo (Bread and I). We'll keep on fighting this separation, doing our best to remain in close-contact but we all know that in life there are no guarantees. No, I'm not giving up on us, just merely acknowledging a possibly unfavorable outcome. Regardless, our time spent was well spent and we're just unlucky that things played out the way they did. However, we do have plans to start a collab channel on Youtube with Nick rockin' his guitar and me on the piano/synth while sharing the vocals around which should keep us connected. We'll keep you posted.
Perhaps A little music can brighten up the gloomy air surrounding this post.
It's catchy but not so relevant. However, it might not be your cup of tea with verses that can only be described as sounding like a white version of The Black Eyed Peas. However, catchy dance inspired choruses stand are prevalent. Chronic Future - Sometimes
And last but not least, a quite relevant song (minus the sexual undertones) by one of my favourite post-hardcore bands, Framing Hanley. Framing Hanley - Home
Butters.
There were some broken links in the birthday post below but they're fixed now. I think...
Happy birthday breadbo. Rejoice as you are now free to watch MA movies. Also, being 15 means you're one year closer to being able to legally engage in sexual intercourse, get your Ls and play paintball (in vic).
Wow, this year has either gone really quick or I have the memory of a goldfish (most likely the latter as I have trouble remembering what I had for breakfast (even though I eat the same thing everyday)). But yeah, my birthday is coming up soon, not to mention Christmas. Sure, I don't celebrate the holiday as such but I still get presents.
As a form of procrastinating I have compiled a little Birthday/Xmas wishlist - bare with me.
Birthday
Behringer BCD-3000
studio headphones
2 tier keyboard stand
condenser microphone
external hard drive
Xmas
SLR camera

lacrosse gear?
new computer?
bigger keyboard?
Divorced parents = Presents * 2 = a
Job at maccas (soon) = Cashmoney = b
Therefore:
December = a^b - common sense.
Okay music time.
I believe I mentioned Say Anything's latest (self-titled) album in my last proper post. In case any of you guys are computer/blog/limewire illiterate then here's the link:

Here's a little beat juggling by A-Trak, who at 15 (the youngest ever) won the DMC's World DJ Championship. Here he is 12 years later...
I'm in the midst of a slight obsession with The Twelves. Bread could probably attest to that. But yeha, here's their breakthrough remix of "Boyz" by MIA. Expect to see more posts featuring the amazing musical stylings of this Brazillian duo.
(oops i uploaded the wrong one I shall post it above soon).
Black Kids - Boyfriend (The Twelves Remix)
Sporting a sound unlike any other band I've heard in my life areAussie outfit, Theatre of Disco. Click on the link below now...

I'm ashamed of how long it took me to actually sit down and listen to these guys. Big mistake.

(excuse my briefness as it's like 12 30am)
Oh and I hereby pledge to make sure that Brooke has an awesome birthday.
Don't ask how but today Brooke and I tamed a duck and made it our pet. We named it James, fed it, and let it nibble on my shoes. It got to the stage where it followed us everywhere we went. Fascinating...
I just got Say Anything's new self-titled album and I must say I was taken on quite a journey. Hold on tight as Bemis attempts to answer some of life's biggest questions empowering you to better yourself in the process.
This one might just have changed my life... Might... Say Anything - Do Better
